Today was the 8 minute run section, longest so far. I find myself able to do the first 5 minutes with little problem. However, at 5 I am near max and I still have 3 minutes to go. I can get through it by slowing down but I still creep up above 170. Day 3 has me running for 20 min straight – ulp! I don’t think I’ll be able to do it but if I can’t I’ll just up little by little until I get to 20. I may be at week5 for a while.
N mentioned he my go to a cardio kickboxing class Tues, Thursday. If that is the case, I’ll move my runs to coordinate and give myself 3 rest/easy days. This might be what I need so I don’t burn out. It took me some effort to go today.
