Week 2b Day1
About an hour before my run today I started sneezing and feeling flu-ey. I just wanted to go home and take a nap. However I was only sick "neck up". I decided it was worth it to go for a run and burn off the sickie. I increased the run by 30 seconds and my walk by 15.
I am very pleased with my run today. I managed to keep my pace even and my heartrate below 170 the entire time! I got close once when hustling across the street (169) but I managed. I think next run I'm going to increase the time another 15 seconds
My 100p-200s went less well. I was barely able to finish W2D1 push-ups. The sit-ups went just fine. I think I'll even notice my workout tomorrow. It's looking like I may have to split the 100p-200s so I can progress where I can.
