Today at about lunch I heard that Santa Barbara Hills were on fire. When I got to my car there was a layer of ash on it. I worried that the air would be too sooty to go running. I thought about going to the gym to run instead, but that would throw my schedule off. 'Sides I'd only be outside for 25 min. Yeah, mistake; listen to the soot layer.
I went out and during the warm-up I could already tell something was wrong. I was moving at 2/3 the speed. It was harder to breath. I made it to my last 6 min and I had to spit - I never spit. The taste in my mouth was a rotten acidic flavor. I couldn't ignore it anymore and then it became overwhelming. I called it done and walked home. Until this clears up I may have to go to the gym for my runs.

All good. I isolated my feet under the couch. It kept me from rocking. I wonder if I would get the same workout on an exercise ball?

I was able to do the set decently. I think I'm doing it wrong though. My right arm definitely feels strain that my left does not. I think I need to ask someone about it.
