When I first started this program I my breath and my heart rate where the things to go. Add in various sickness stumbling blocks and freaks in air quality and I thought I would always be that way. Over the last several weeks I've learned how to run at different paces and more importantly how to pull back when I'm topping out. During today's run the thing I had issue with was more my muscles. During the later run legs I had to stop for a few seconds to let my muscles breathe - nothing bad just noticeable.
Oh, and I'm repeating week 3 because of the SB fires and some mysterious bug that made me sleep all Friday.

I'm going to move on to another program. The progress I have been making has been minimal and I'm not developing the right muscles. The sleeves on my shirts are getting tight - not acceptable. So instead I'm going to go back to my buff brides program. That one didn't give me mechanical issues and got good results.

Moved up to the second level. We'll see if I'm sore.
