After a weekend of anti-biotic pills I felt good enough to get back into my exercise program - 25 min of walk-jog with some toning exercises afterwards. For most of the run it was surprisingly easy and energizing - for my right lung. I could feel the air flow easily and smoothly. Like the way it used to back in college. My left side felt more like it was trying to breathe through a stuffed pillow. So now I'm starting to think I've had a low level infection for a while now. And today I mildly sore. Sigh. You should be able to put off being sore until after the 1st week. Tomorrow, rinse and repeat.
