I felt a little off the hours before the run. When I started running I expected to have trouble with breathing and heart rate. Nope, it was my feet. They felt like they were starving for oxygen and were going numb. I did my 5 min warm up but still. The first 3 min run I had to walk-run it because my feet were cramping. After that my muscles finally warmed up and I was fine. I am starting to notice something. The first 90 seconds is kinda hard but after that point I fee like I can run for longer than three minutes. Perhaps I can move onto Week 4 next week.
